Each steak knife features a gently curved olive wood handle mounted to a 3.5mm thick high quality stainless steel blade which is polished to a gleaming finish. Each knife is unique as no two pieces of olive wood are the same. The bolster of each piece is decorated with the famous bee insignia and chasing on the metal spine. Each piece is hand finished for a difference in quality you can see and feel.
