Each oyster knife/shucker and fork features a gently rounded rose wood handle with brass rivets mounted to a high quality stainless steel which is polished to a gleaming finish. Each knife/shucker and fork is unique as no two pieces of rose wood are the same. The blade of each piece is laser-etched with the famous bee insignia. Each piece is hand finished for a difference in quality you can see and feel.
